


Ingredients:
1 lb. pork center spare ribs
1 tomato, 4 slices
1 radish, sliced (labanos)
2 jalapeno
1 bunch spinach
1 gabi
1 pack sinigang mix
salt to taste
5 cups water
Procedures:
1. In a casserole, bring pork to a boil, lower fire and simmer until pork is tender.
2. Add tomato and jalapeno.
3. Put the radish and gabi.
4. Seasoned with sinigang mix. Add salt to taste.
5. Put the spinach.
6. Serve hot with rice.
