Mel's Spaghetti :)













Ingredients:

1 bottle Prego spaghetti sauce
1 lb lean ground beef
10 pcs garlic, minced
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tsp sugar
1 pack fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. parsley (optional)
grated cheese


Method

1. In a pan , put the lean ground beef and saute until meat is brown.

2. Drain the fat.

3. In a pan, put the cooking oil. Stir-fry the mushrooms for about 1 minute. Set aside

4. Saute the onion, garlic and bell pepper. Add the ground beef.

5. Put the prego sauce, sugar and salt and mushrooms.

6. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt or sugar to taste

7. Cook spaghetti noodles according to directions.
