Pork Adobo











Ingredients:

2 lbs. pork butt, cut into bite size
3 tbsp. sweet soy sauce
18 pcs. garlic, minced
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp whole black pepper


Put all the ingredients in a heavy sauce pan, simmer until meat is tender...Serve with rice...
